Join us as workshop participants present the results of a comparative study of the expulsions of Jews from various European legal systems during the Holocaust within the context of 20th century European history. Although historians have long recognized the essential role of the German courts in the exclusion, repression, and ultimate murder of Jews, less attention has been paid to the dynamic relationship between Jews and the European legal systems before, during, and after the Holocaust.
